Effective date These Terms of Service took effect on October 19, 2026. They regulate use of missgloss.click and all appointment inquiries made to Miss Gloss, including requests for makeup, brow shaping, brow tinting, and blowout hair styling in Tampa.

Service scope The website provides information about a private makeup, brow architecture, and hair styling studio. It displays service descriptions, non-binding price brackets, expected durations, preparation guidance, a fit estimator, and a route for a person to request a time slot. It does not operate as a retail store, a medical practice, or a payment checkout. No product, prescription, or financial product is supplied here.

Inquiry only Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. A figure shown in a service description or estimator is an estimate, not a binding quote, invoice, reservation, or promise that a slot is open. An inquiry becomes an order only after Miss Gloss reviews the requested method, location, hair length or density, master artist level, and service composition, then confirms the appointment details directly by a reply from the studio.

Price basis All displayed rates are in USD and are per service. Makeup is $20–$125 per service. Brow shaping is $12–$35 per service. Brow tinting is $15–$48 per service. Blowout / hair styling is $15–$105 per service. The final quote depends on method, hair length and density, level of the master, the composition of the service, and whether the work is performed in the Tampa studio suite or at an on-site Tampa location. We do not add a surprise mirror-side tier after the scope is agreed, but a changed scope is a changed quote.

Appointment slots An appointment is a reserved time window, not an arrival estimate. Makeup generally takes 1 hour. Brow shaping generally takes 15–30 minutes. Blowout styling generally takes 45–75 minutes. Tinting generally takes 20–30 minutes. The chair opens at the reserved minute. Miss Gloss does not double-book the bay, overlap clients, or ask one client to wait while another service is completed.

Changes and cancellation Please notify the studio as soon as you know an appointment cannot be kept. An inquiry does not create a cancellation fee because no payment is taken on this site and no deposit is collected through it. A time slot that is not confirmed by the studio is not held. The studio may release an unconfirmed request, decline a timing conflict, or ask for a new inquiry when the service scope changes materially.

Late arrival Late arrival shortens the usable chair time when another confirmed slot follows. The artist will not rush a 60-minute makeup service into an unsafe or unworkable interval, skip sanitation, or conceal a changed result by calling it complete. If the requested result cannot fit the remaining window, the studio may reduce the composition by agreement or release the appointment without claiming the original duration was delivered.

Client preparation The person requesting a booking must provide accurate contact information and disclose the intended environment, such as natural daylight, camera or studio strobe, gala or evening wear, or everyday polish. For hair styling, length and density must be described honestly. The client remains responsible for arriving with a workable starting condition and for telling the artist about a known sensitivity before technique begins.

Acceptable use You may read, share, and use the public booking interface for a genuine service inquiry. You may not scrape the site, probe its endpoints, impersonate another person, submit someone else's private details without permission, inject code, upload malicious material, harvest email addresses, interfere with nigefc0.php or zotuff2.php, or use advertising identifiers to disguise automated traffic. Repeated false inquiries may be blocked.

Intellectual property Miss Gloss owns or has permission to use the website text, photographs, logo artwork, page layout, service descriptions, and marks presented on missgloss.click. Those materials may not be copied into another commercial site, altered into a competing brand, or redistributed as a service menu without written permission. A visitor's inquiry text remains the visitor's communication, while the studio may retain it under the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers Website copy, estimator output, time ranges, and price brackets are provided as practical planning information. They are not a binding promise that a particular artist, method, result, hair response, pigment life, lighting outcome, or appointment time will be available. The website is provided as is. Miss Gloss does not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular search ranking, or a result that ignores the condition and behavior of the hair, skin, or brows presented at the chair.

Service warranty Miss Gloss does not provide a blanket warranty or guarantee for cosmetic appearance, hold time, tint longevity, heat styling movement, or performance under a camera flash. Cosmetics and hair respond to skin oils, cleansing, weather, hair density, prior product, and activity. If a service concern is noticed during the same appointment, raise it before departure so the artist can inspect the work and discuss a reasonable adjustment within the booked scope. No warranty covers a changed request, home product reaction, weather exposure, physical disturbance, or a result altered after leaving the studio.

Liability limit To the maximum extent permitted by the law of Florida, Miss Gloss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the website, an unavailable time slot, an unconfirmed inquiry, or a cosmetic result affected by information the client did not provide. For a paid studio service, any direct liability is limited to the amount actually paid for that specific service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Access and termination We may refuse an inquiry, cancel an unconfirmed request, suspend support chat, or withdraw site access when a visitor abuses a form, threatens staff, attempts unauthorized access, submits fraudulent information, or creates a safety or schedule risk. You may stop using the site at any time. Ending access does not erase records that must be retained under the Privacy Policy or applicable law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the law of Florida, United States, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would select another jurisdiction. Disputes connected with the website or studio inquiries will be heard in the courts of Tampa, Florida, United States, unless a mandatory law requires another forum.
